Why Primally Pure Deodorant Will Change Your Life

Today, I want to talk about the single most impactful product change of my entire life. I know…it sounds dramatic. But friends, this stuff is the real deal.

Primally Pure is devoted to producing certified organic, all-natural skincare products. To be honest, I was never really conscientious about my skincare products until early last year when I came across a story about a young woman diagnosed with breast cancer, linked to the aluminum found in all antiperspirants. This is what sparked my desire to search for better quality skincare products, and to really research what I was putting onto my skin.

I tried SO many natural deodorants. Almost every single popular one out there that you have heard about, I tried. And none of them impressed me. As a matter of fact, every single one made me wonder if switching was even worth it.

Now, I do want to touch on the fact that your body does have to go through a “detox” (you can read more on that here), so the first few weeks after making the switch are rough. But even past this detox point, nothing I had found was actually working.

Until I came across Primally Pure. I had no expectations…as a matter of fact, I half expected it to not work like all the others I had tried. But this stuff proved me wrong. Keep reading to find out my top four reasons why this deodorant will change your life, like it did mine!

No. 1: It works even better than regular name brand deodorants & antiperspirants
(yes, seriously)

Okay so we already know that organic skincare is better for you. But does it actually work? I mean actually? I would argue that most out there don’t. It’s hard to find an organic deodorant that lasts all day and doesn’t leave your armpits irritated. But with Primally Pure, the answer is a big fat YES. Honestly, I was in shock. After day ONE of using this stuff, I couldn’t believe the results. After a long, 12-hour day, I came home, plopped down on the couch, and caught a whiff of the deodorant smell, still FRESH and WORKING. You guys, COME ON. I genuinely thought that deodorant just always had to be reapplied multiple times throughout the busy days. But since switching to PP, I have honestly never reapplied, not even once. I know that everyone’s body is different, but the results with this brand are 10000% times better than anything I had ever used before…and I’ve tried it all.

No. 2: You gain other health benefits by making the switch too!

This fact was actually news to me upon coming across Primally Pure. I read one of their blog posts which outlines different benefits you can get from making the switch, and I started to see these results almost immediately. I first experienced the obvious: no more armpit skin irritation. And this is a big one. I am sure we can all say we’ve experienced this one too many times in our life – so to me, this was enough to make the switch. But little did I know, my body would experience other benefits as well…like higher energy levels, clearer skin, and improved hormone health.

I know, this may come as a surprise to you. But think about it…conventional deodorants/antiperspirants are packed FULL of toxins that are not good for your skin and body, because they are designed to block your sweat glands, which stops your skin from breathing like its supposed to (read more on the ugly truth about conventional deodorants here). Maybe it’s time to think about if switching your deodorant and ridding of those toxins will help clear up other skin/health issues you are having!

No. 3: You really do get your money’s worth!

The phrase “less is more” has never been more true. It is advised to only use 1-2 light swipes with this deodorant. I was skeptical about this at first, but it is the way to go. By doing this, I get 3-4 months out of one 1.7 oz stick of deodorant. That is INSANE. With conventional deodorants, I was buying new sticks at least once a month. So when you consider this, the slightly higher cost of PP is WORTH IT. And the cherry on top? It doesn’t stain your clothes. Friends, it just keeps getting better and better!

No. 4: By switching to PP, you are becoming part of an incredible community

I am all about community, and Primally Pure takes this seriously. They care about their customers and their team SO much. They don’t just want you to buy their product, they want you to be informed about what you are putting on your body, and they care about creating products that work best for everyone. Their website has a blog (which you can check out here) with tons of articles and resources about both their company and organic skincare as a whole. From tips on making the switch, to facts on the true magic of organic skincare, they have it all outlined here. And I have learned SO much from this community, folks. I know you will too!

One last thing I really love about Primally Pure is that they have designed a chemistry quiz (which you can take here!) to match you with the deodorant scent that best fits your body chemistry. This is important, because our body chemistry is actually impacted by the way certain scents smell. So, take the quiz, and don’t quit until you’ve found the one that works best for YOU!

This month, Primally Pure is hosting a challenge in hopes of spreading the news on why organic skincare is better! I hope you will join me in the #daretocomparechallenge & throw out your current conventional deodorant/antiperspirant to replace it with Primally Pure! Let’s change the skincare industry together!
